Log into your GT Games account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
